How do I register for a course?
Please Contact Us to schedule a class that meets your needs and schedule.

 

How can I pay for a class?
You may pay with credit card or send a check once you register for a class. OR you may pay with cash, credit card or check the day of the class.

 

Can I reschedule?
Yes, you may reschedule to attend the same class on a different date/time. Please Contact-Us to reschedule your reservation.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 2 days prior to class: and receive a 75% refund. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 2 days prior to class or do not show for class.

 

Does Life Saving Skills offer classes for individuals? Will you conduct courses at my location?
Yes, call 817-293-4118 to schedule a class that meets your needs and your schedule.

 

When will I receive my CPR card?
Your CPR card is issued at the end of the course.

 

How long is the CPR card valid?
The CPR card expires 2 years after the date of the class.

 

Is there a written test for CPR?
Healthcare Providers must pass a written and skills test to receive a card.
Lay Persons are not required to take / pass a written test. A skills test must be passed to receive a card.

 

What if I lose my CPR card?
We will be glad to issue a replacement card -- there is a $10.00 charge.

 

Who conducts the classes?
A certified CPR instructor, Monika Ringo, RN, teaches the classes.

 

Do Course Participants share mannequins?
No, every participant will have their own mannequin which has been sanitized, and protective barriers will be made available.

 

What should I wear to the class?
Wear comfortable clothes so you can practice the skills. Bring a jacket in case the room gets cool.
