NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Neonatal Resuscitation ProgramThe Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) has been developed and is supported by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). NRP is an evidence based, educational program for Medical Professionals that addresses and teaches vital concepts of neonatal resuscitation.

 

*Note: As of January 1, 2012, the cognitive portion of the NRP must be taken on-line at lifesupport@aap.org. Upon successful completion of the cognitive portion, a certificate must be printed and presented to an NRP instructor for skills and mock-code evaluation.

You may also schedule a preview/review class prior to taking the on-line NRP exam.

The class is video-based with instructor-led education/discussion, and hands-on practice and simulation. Participants will practice/complete skills and learning stations.

A course completion card will be issued after participant passes the on-line portion and skills test (megacode). The card is valid for 2 years from date of class.
